Lambda Theta Phi

Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Incorporated was founded on December 1, 1975, at Kean College in Union, New Jersey, by a group of innovative Latino student leaders seeking to create a brotherhood that addressed the educational, cultural, and social needs of the Latino community. As the first Latino fraternity in the nation, Lambda Theta Phi was established to promote scholarship, leadership, cultural awareness, and service while creating opportunities for students to thrive in higher education.

Guided by the principles of Scholarship, Leadership, Brotherhood, and Service, Lambda Theta Phi is committed to empowering its members to become leaders both on campus and within their communities. At Wake Forest University, the fraternity promotes cultural awareness, academic achievement, and community engagement through educational programming, service initiatives, and collaborative partnerships. Through its commitment to brotherhood and advocacy, Lambda Theta Phi provides opportunities for members to grow personally, professionally, and as engaged members of the Wake Forest community.
