Delta Xi Phi
Delta Xi Phi was founded on April 20, 1994, at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign by fifteen women seeking a sorority that celebrated diverse cultures and empowered women in higher education. The organization emphasizes multicultural awareness, community service, friendship, and sisterhood.
Guided by five pillars—Advancement of Women through Higher Education, Increasing Multicultural Awareness, Community Service, Sisterhood, and Friendship—Delta Xi Phi promotes inclusivity, leadership, and connection. At Wake Forest University, the sorority engages in programming and advocacy to foster cultural understanding and provide opportunities for women to grow personally, academically, and in service to the community.
