Delta Sigma Theta
Founded on January 13, 1913, at Howard University, Delta Sigma Theta is a service-based sorority committed to sisterhood, scholarship, and addressing social issues. The sorority focuses on programs that support economic development, education, health, international awareness, and political involvement.
The Pi Omicron Chapter at Wake Forest University was chartered on April 14, 1988, becoming the first sorority—black or white—on campus. Delta Sigma Theta inspires its members to develop leadership, empathy, and ambition while making a positive impact in their communities, leaving a lasting legacy of service and advocacy.
