National Panhellenic Conference (NPC)

The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) at Wake Forest University serves as the governing body for the university’s oldest traditional Greek-letter sororities. The council currently oversees eight active chapters.

Students who are interested in joining an NPC sorority can participate in Panhellenic recruitment. Recruitment takes place in two ways: formal recruitment, which occurs each January before the start of classes, and continuous open bidding (COB), which may take place year-round depending on chapter eligibility. The majority of students join through formal recruitment.
